Subrata is Chairman and Managing Director at Earthyblend. Subrata’s career has been a rich and colourful one. He has worked in Tech, HR, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and numerous other sectors. He has built businesses, managed acquisitions, listed companies, and juggled a plethora of roles – as Company Secretary, Financial Controller, CFO, Group CEO, and Executive Director. He has also worked closely with many start-ups, and turned the fortunes of several acquisitions.    Subrata holds an MBA in Finance, and is a cost accountant. He also holds a CPA, and is a certified company secretary.    In his leisure, Subrata loves to read, watch football, and solve puzzles. 

Ms. Sarika Mangesh is Co-Founder and Chief Blender at Earthyblend. Sarika is committed to developing novel formulations through continuous research and innovation. She keeps abreast of the latest developments in the field by staying in touch with customers, suppliers, and industry practitioners. Like everyone else on the team, she too believes that there are natural and time-tested solutions that can be incorporated into one’s personal care routine.    Sarika holds a Master’s degree in Cosmetic Technology, and has worked with various organisations in a career that has spanned over fifteen years. During this journey, her experiences as a principal scientist in the cosmetics field have granted her a deep knowledge in formulating new products. She has also worked as a consultant for several brands, manufacturing units, and start-ups.    When she feels like taking a break from blending her magic, she enjoys unwinding at the Crossfit, hanging out with close friends, and shopping. She also takes sessions for school children on soap-making and basic chemistry. 

Mangesh is the founder and CEO of Earthyblend. After having worked for over eighteen years with multiple organisations, Mangesh teamed up with a few like-minded colleagues to set up Earthyblend. He believes that India’s tropical climate breeds an ecosystem of rich flora, that is ideal for creating hair and skin care products with a natural touch. He wishes that this unexplored territory of natural remedies is opened up further, to a public that is clamoring for safe and reliable personal care products.    Mangesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, an MBA in Finance, and a Marketing degree from FMS, Delhi. He has worked with Citigroup, and an Indian start-up in the HR Services space, which subsequently got listed on the stock exchange. His professional journey, he says, has been enriched by a spectrum of novel experiences.   In his free time, Mangesh enjoys working out at the Crossfit. He also loves to travel, and try new cuisines from different geographies.
